Sam Wazan
Founder, CEO
Before joining Aris, Sam worked with clients like Volvo, Monsanto, ConAgra Frozen Foods, International Paper, Decison Support, The Wall Street Journal Office Network and various start ups. In 2000, Sam started an IT services consulting firm, which he sold in 2005. From 2005 through 2008, he ran a Business Intelligence software company. In 2009 he quested to write a novel to catalyze cultures of peace through understanding and dialogue across ethnic, religious and cultural differences. The novel hit #1 on Amazon.
Matthew Eller
Founder, President
Matthew (Matt) Eller is an early adopter of enabling technologies and best business practices in training and athletic peak performance. His expertise ranges from having been a competitive collegiate athlete to becoming a business savvy executive. In his latest quest to pursue elevating athletes to a higher competitive level, he contributed to the founding of Aris. In this venture, his passion and intellect are channeled into every component in future products.
Orville Lunking
Acting CFO
Orville Lunking is a senior executive with extensive experience in corporate finance, treasury, distressed debt, restructuring, banking and investment banking, and financial derivatives at large corporations such as General Motors, Honeywell, Sara Lee, Smithfield Foods, Novelis, Babcock & Wilcox and Bankers Trust. Orville has an undergraduate degree in geography from Dartmouth College and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Proven ability to lead diverse workforces across multiple boards and drive business results. Consistently led operations to sustainable growth and profitability in highly competitive technology and consumer businesses while navigating cultural differences in the worlds most challenging markets. Track record of success leading turnarounds, restructuring, and securing accretive acquisitions. He serves on the board of the V foundation. He is a guest lecture at the tuck school of business at Dartmouth. He holds an MBA from Harvard business school.
Jon Chamberlain
Retired CEO, Evenflo
Jon Chamberlin joined Evenflo in 2017 as CEO and oversaw several strategic initiatives for the brand with emphasis on the accelerated new product development, including the launch of Evenflo Gold, the brand’s premium line of smart, innovative baby gear. Prior to his role at Evenflo, Chamberlin held general management positions at Black & Decker, Danaher, Newell Rubbermaid and Britax. He led growth through the development of new and innovative products and also expanded the company’s U.S manufacturing capabilities and strengthened the brands recognition with consumers and its relationships with retail partners. He holds an MBA from Loyola University Maryland.
Matt Hauck
MS, CSCS
Matt has worked at every level of sport since beginning his career in human performance in 2004. During that time he has used his experience to help sport technology companies around the globe shape product innovation and design best-practice methodologies for optimizing performance. Matt's work has helped support Super Bowl Champions, Olympic Medalists, Conference Champions, Tour de France stage winners, Special Forces, and elite performs around the world.
